We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Because our items are handmade and begin production quickly, we ask that any change or cancellation requests be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Email [email protected] with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after this window, but will always do our best.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Check your spam folder if you don't see the confirmation within a few minutes.
Most Bleu Allusion items are made in small-batch production and held in inventory. However, some S2 pieces and limited-edition items are made to order. Made-to-order items are clearly marked on their product page and have a longer production window of 7–14 business days before shipping.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available to select countries — check the Shipping page for a full list. We are actively expanding our shipping regions.
Standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. Because our items ship from Nairobi, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before the shipping countdown begins.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your package in real time. You can also log into your Bleu Allusion account to view order status at any time.
For US orders: no import duties apply. For international orders: customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Made-to-order and sale items are final sale. See our full Returns policy for details.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) within 1 business day and process your refund or exchange once the item is received.
We're sorry — this shouldn't happen, but if it does, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send photos of the damage or discrepancy to [email protected] and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Each brand page has a full sizing guide. Soul & Spirit pieces run relaxed; Sun & Shade pieces are bold-cut but true to size; S2 pieces are structured and precise. When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up for wrap-style garments. Email [email protected] for personal sizing help.
Yes — custom sizing is available for S2 garments and leather goods. Contact [email protected] to discuss your requirements. Custom orders have a production time of 2–3 weeks and a small custom fee depending on the complexity of the adjustment.
Yes — without exception. Every Bleu Allusion piece is made entirely by hand in Nairobi, Kenya. No machines cut, stitch, or finish our garments. Each piece ships with an artisan origin card naming the craftsperson who made it.
Because every item is handmade, there will be slight natural variations in dye depth, print placement, and bead pattern between pieces. These variations are not defects — they are the signature of genuine handwork and make each piece uniquely yours.

Nunua (Swahili for "to buy") is Bleu Allusion's accessories marketplace — a platform that brings together items from our three brands alongside accessories from vetted artisan vendor partners. It is currently in beta. Visit Nunua to explore.
Checkout is unified through Bleu Allusion. We process all payments and route them to the correct vendor. Shipping is handled directly by each vendor partner. If you have an issue with a vendor partner item, contact our team and we'll facilitate the resolution.
Visit the Nunua vendor section and click "Apply to Become a Vendor." We review all applications within 5–7 business days and will respond regardless of the outcome. We're particularly interested in artisan accessory makers from East Africa and the broader African continent.
